Not a builder; not a runtime; an orchestration / management layer that sits above the agents.
Why this is canonical (and new)
Multica is the only competitor in this vault with this shape. The closest adjacent products outside the vault are Sycamore Labs (governance / control plane — flagged as a CreateOS BD partnership target in CreateOS - BD Targets) and GitHub's "Coding Agent for GitHub Copilot" (less workflow-shaped, more single-agent automation).
The category isn't "AI app builder" or "agent runtime" — it's "Linear for AI agents". Issue tracker + assignee picker (humans + agents in one dropdown) + skill library + runtime panel.

Why this matters for CreateOS
This is partnership territory, not competitive territory. Multica orchestrates → CreateOS executes (in MPP-equipped sandbox) → MPP settles agent earnings → Multica reports earnings on the runtime card. The integration shape is clean and the daemon-architecture is already designed for pluggable runtimes.
The strategic risk: if CreateOS doesn't integrate, someone else (Modal, E2B, Daytona) will become the default cloud runtime for Multica's 21.3k-star user base. That's the same brass-ring logic as the OpenAI Agents SDK default-provider listing, see CreateOS - BD Targets.
Recommended action: Add Multica to Tier 2 of CreateOS - BD Targets with a runtime-adapter integration as the technical pitch.
