Tiering logic
- Tier 1 — highest leverage per BD hour. Next 30 days.
- Tier 2 — strategic partnerships. Next 60 days.
- Tier 3 — default-deployment-target BD. Next 90 days.
- Tier 4 — ecosystem tracking only (no active BD).
Tier 1 — SDK + direct integration targets (next 30 days)
Karan Sharma — OpenAI, Product, Agents SDK
- Why critical: CreateOS is not on the Agents SDK default provider list (E2B, Modal, Daytona, Cloudflare, Vercel, Blaxel, Runloop). One BD win here = year of content marketing.
- Public path: LinkedIn. Quoted in TechCrunch coverage of the Agents SDK launch.
- The pitch (1 paragraph): "CreateOS is the only agent sandbox with built-in HTTP 402 payment rails — every other provider is a cost center, we make the agent a revenue center. We've implemented the Agents SDK sandbox provider interface against CreateOS. Requesting 15-minute exploratory call."
- Blocker: reference integration must be working before outreach.
Rohan Varma — OpenAI, Product, Codex
- Why: Codex's default deployment targets are Render, Cloudflare, Netlify, Vercel. CreateOS needs to be the 5th. Separate conversation from Agents SDK, equally valuable.
- Public path: endorsed Cloudflare's Agent Cloud publicly during Agents Week.
- The pitch: Codex deployment target, differentiated by agent-earn capability.
Anthropic integrations team
- Why: Claude Code users are ICP. Natural warm-intro path via Claude Code community.
- Named contact: not surfaced in public research. Needs warm intro.
- The pitch: CreateOS is where Claude-Code-built apps go to run and earn.
Harrison Chase — Co-founder & CEO, LangChain
- Why: LangSmith Deployment is adjacent but doesn't have payment rails or marketplace. Complementary, not competitive.
- Scale context: 1B cumulative downloads, 35% of Fortune 500 using, $1.25B valuation (IVP-led, Oct 2025).
- Public path: direct LinkedIn. Founder-to-founder outreach appropriate.
- The pitch: CreateOS as the execution layer complement to LangSmith Deployment; LangGraph agents target CreateOS for MPP earning capability.
- Event leverage: Interrupt 2026 — May 13-14 at The Midway, SF. Harrison keynoting both days. 10-15 target enterprise customers attending (LinkedIn, Uber, Klarna, Replit, Apple, Toyota, JP Morgan, BlackRock, Rippling, Chime, monday.com, Clay). Register + book meetings now.
Andrew Reed — DevRel Lead, LangChain
- Why: secondary path; public face of SDK. Good target for co-marketing collaboration.
- Public path: X, LinkedIn.
Tier 2 — strategic partnership targets (next 60 days)
Sri Viswanath — Founder & CEO, Sycamore Labs
- Why: category-leading agent governance. $65M seed (Coatue + Lightspeed, March 30 2026). Angel list includes Bob McGrew, Lip-Bu Tan, Ali Ghodsi, Frederic Kerrest, Mike Knoop, BJ Jenkins.
- Partnership thesis: Sycamore defines policy → CreateOS executes → MPP pays → router handles inference. Four layers, no overlap, mutual value.
- Public path: @SycamoreLabs on X, Sycamore website contact.
- The pitch: "The execution layer for trusted enterprise agents — and the only execution layer that makes those agents revenue centers via MPP."
Jansen Teng — Co-founder, Virtuals Protocol
- Why: dominant tokenized-agent platform. 18,000+ tokenized agents. $39.5M cumulative protocol revenue. Revenue Network distributing up to $1M/month.
- Scenario: Virtuals agents need deployment infrastructure. CreateOS provides it; MPP provides HTTP-native payment; Virtuals provides token identity. 3-6 month window before they build their own.
- Public path: Virtuals Discord, @VirtualsIO on X, Virtuals Labs contact form. Warmer path: mutual investor via Beam (Virtuals seed investor).
Nish — Founder, HydraDB
- Why: one-click managed agent memory/context store. Phase 2 plan move into Phase 1 per Addendum 2.
- Path: cal.com/nish-sri — already in user memory.
x402 Foundation (Coinbase Developer Platform)
- Why: $600M annualized, 119M Base transactions. Co-governed by Coinbase + Cloudflare + Google + Visa. MPP must align publicly within 30 days (see CreateOS - Positioning and Wedge x402 alignment question).
- Named contact: Nemil Dalal (early CDP employee, publicly associated with x402 launches).
- Ask: MPP positioning as x402 facilitator / extension / compatible — pick one, publish, register.
Tier 3 — AI coding tool default-deployment-target BD (next 90 days)
| Tool | CEO | Angle | Warm-intro likelihood |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cursor (Anysphere) | Michael Truell | Cursor-generated agents need somewhere to run + earn | Low — needs warm intro at current scale |
| Lovable | Anton Osika | Lovable uses Supabase as DB; CreateOS for HTTP 402 payments | Medium — European startup community |
| Bolt.new (StackBlitz) | Eric Simons | Bolt's WebContainers are ephemeral; CreateOS for real hosting + payment | Medium |
| v0 (Vercel) | — | Vercel Sandbox is already on Agents SDK list | Skip — structural competitor |
| Claude Code community | — | Systematic content + Discord motion, not named BD | Ongoing |
Tier 4 — ecosystem tracking only (no active BD)
- Fly.io, Render, Railway — competing deployment, study don't approach.
- E2B, Daytona, Blaxel, Runloop, Modal — agent sandbox competitors; possible future partnership if category fractures.
- Fetch.ai, Olas, Autonolas — crypto-agent platforms with different positioning.
- Baseten, Fireworks, Together AI — AI inference specialists; possible partnership on router side.
The single highest-leverage 30-day BD action
Getting onto the OpenAI Agents SDK default provider list. Process: 1. Reach out to Karan Sharma via DevRel. 2. Build reference integration implementing the Agents SDK sandbox provider interface (2-4 weeks engineering). 3. Publish case study: agent running on CreateOS earning real money via MPP. 4. Propose inclusion in next SDK update.
If OpenAI declines: open-source the integration. Let developers use it independently. Still delivers distribution via the Agents SDK community without requiring blessing.
