Hercules — Overview

One-liner

AI app builder for non-technical founders. Hero: "Build stunning SaaS, eCommerce, Internal Tools, Mobile apps with AI." The app on landing is a single prompt input — "Ask Hercules to create a landing page for my…" — with example chips for Landing page / Personal website / SaaS App.

The category — third instance of the same builder pattern

Hercules joins Replit + Anything.com in the AI-app-builder lane, but with sharper non-technical-founder targeting than either. The maker shell is converging fast: prompt input → generation → preview → publish, with built-in auth/database/payments/hosting. Hercules ships almost the same kit as Anything.com and a subset of Replit's depth.

💭

Three players in the same lane is now a trend, not a coincidence. Replit, Anything, Hercules — same shell, slightly different ICP slices. Reinforces the "the builder shell has converged; differentiate inside, not on the chrome" finding from wiki/playbook/04 - UX Recommendations.

ICP summary

Single ring, focused: non-technical founders / makers who want to ship a product without writing code. Testimonial language on the homepage emphasizes "non-technical founder," "can't even code," "no code required." Closest analog in the vault is Anything.com - ICP — but Hercules pitches even more aggressively at the "I don't code at all" audience.

UX flows captured

Six screenshots in raw/HerculesAI/ (image.png, image copy.png … image copy 5.png) plus one markdown clip of the dashboard. Need to be itemized into per-flow pages — the dashboard view shows: home with prompt input, "My apps" rail, "From the Community" rail with category-tagged template cards.

❓

agent reasoning display, mode dial (Auto / Performance), per-project settings IA, publish flow. Marketing page descriptions are thin compared to Replit/Anything's screenshots-rich captures.
