Hercules — Templates Marketplace

What it does

A "From the Community" gallery on the dashboard with category-tagged template apps. Visible categories from the captured dashboard clip:

Each tile is a community-submitted (or curated) app the user can fork or use as a starting point.

Mechanics

whether templates are user-submitted, curated, or both. Whether template authors earn (revenue share / credits / nothing). Whether a "remix" flow exists like Replit - Templates.

Target ICP

The same maker who'd start from "create a landing page for…" — but with category-led discovery rather than blank-prompt creativity.

Versus the rest

Pattern Hercules Replit Anything Fly Multica
Template gallery ✅ Categorized ✅ Carousel ✅ Unlabeled 🟡 Framework quickstarts
Community-submitted 🟡 Likely ✅ Remix from any user 🟡 Curated (likely)
Revenue share to author ❌ Captured

The Hercules taxonomy (E-commerce / Games / Productivity / Business / Portfolio) is the most user-readable in the vault — Replit's carousel is per-output-type (Web / Mobile / etc.), Anything's templates aren't categorized in captured screenshots.

💭

Templates with revenue share to authors is unclaimed in this entire vault. CreateOS's marketplace+rev-share primitive has a real opening if positioned around this — "create a template, every fork pays you" is a creator-economy motion no one else is running.
