Hercules — Marketing

Hero + sub

The branding choice is interesting: Hercules (Greek demigod, strength) by Zeus AI Labs (parent). Mythological-strength language has a specific aesthetic — heroic, capable, founder-empowering. Distinct from Replit's "Creativity" tone or Anything.com's "make money" tone.

Plays observed

"Trusted by 100k+ users" social proof

Number-based credibility. Not a logo wall (no enterprise customer names). Suggests the audience converts on aggregate adoption, not on individual brand-name reference.

Prompt-on-landing

Same play as Replit + Anything. The prompt is the hero. Gating activation behind signup is the conversion mechanic. "Try one" of the example chips lowers the blank-canvas problem.

Community templates strip

"From the Community" with category-tagged template cards (E-commerce, Games, Productivity, Business, Portfolio). Mirrors Replit - Templates / Anything.com - Templates but with category labels visible.

Non-technical-founder testimonials

Heavy emphasis on the "didn't think I could build this" narrative. The testimonial functions as both social proof and ICP self-selection — if you ARE technical, this isn't pitched at you.

Multi-artifact promise

SaaS + eCommerce + Internal Tools + Mobile + Marketing pages. Broader than Anything (no "internal tools" angle), narrower than Replit (no video / 3D / data viz).

Takeaway

💭

Hercules's marketing is pure non-technical-founder targeting with broader artifact range than Anything but without Anything's monetization-stack moat. They likely compete with Anything.com for the same makers; Anything wins the maker who wants to monetize, Hercules wins the maker who wants to ship many artifact types. For CreateOS, neither competes for agent-economy ICP — both are in lane 1 (builders), CreateOS is in lane 4 (agent runtime + payment rail).
