with previous wiki: The initial page described Custom Instructions as "top-level dashboard nav, team-scoped." This was wrong. Screenshots confirm Custom Instructions is per-project, under Project Settings → AI Settings (see Anything.com - Project Settings). The empty-state copy mentions "or adding one from your team" — implying a team-level library exists as a source, but each instruction is applied per-project.
